Reminders from Your Records Co-Chairs

Membership Assignments: A blank membership form can be found on the DOCUMENTS Page. Use this form to keep track of your membership requirements. (A copy was included in the September Newsletter.) Please review the individual membership requirements sent to you by mail. You should also review the new bylaw requirements in the current roster which was distributed at the September Membership Gathering.

Hospital Hours: Please schedule your hospital hours now to avoid the end of the year rush. Make sure you sign in to receive credit. Discrepancies in hospital hours have been known to occur dut to members failing to sign in and out. Please keep an accurate record of your hours in order to receive full credit.

Senior Moms: The Las Madrecitas Bylaws require that you complete your hospital hours (5 hours) by September 1st. You must also complete 2 of the 5 meetings and 1/2 of your job responsibilities before the December general meeting. Please keep in mind that the 3 remaining meetings and job responsibilities must be completed prior to the Las Ninas Fashion Show.

Active Members: Please plan to fulfill your 5 General meetings and 5 hospital hours by June 1st.

Provisionals: Please plan to fulfill your 4 required General meetings, a majority of your provisional meetings, and your 15 required hospital hours before April 1st.

Sign-in and Meeting Requirement: In order to fulfill your obligation for meeting attendance, you must SIGN-IN within 1/2 hour after the start of the meeting and not leave before the published time of adjournment.
