Some of the service projects and organizations St. Mary’s Youth Group is
involved with during the year:
National Night Out, Veterans at Castle Point, The Remembrance Tree, The
Inner City Christmas Party, UNICO, Vietnam Veterans, Knights of Columbus,
Catholic Daughters, Nora Cronin Presentation Academy, Downing Park Christmas
Decorations, The Memorial Day Parade and St. Mary Float, Bat for Life,
Easter Baskets for Shut-ins, the Easter Homeless Dinner, Stations in the
Church and up South Street, the Cancer Relay, Habitat for Humanity, Greater
Newburgh Symphony Orchestra, Prayer Service for the City.
We are also involved with social, spiritual, cultural and athletic
opportunities.

Created by the 2001 Youth Group Officers.
Adopted November 28, 2001 when St. Mary’s Youth Group was founded.
With the future in mind,
we, the youth of St. Mary,
are willing to serve the Parish and Community;
this will give us the opportunity to grow in our faith
as we as serve one another.
