a summer program for children between the ages of three and six years who present challenges to parents or teachers. Each Friendship Club group is limited to four children. Clubs meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays for one hour over six weeks....that's twelve sessions. A variety of social emotional skills can be addressed including:

*following directions

*attending to tasks

*participating in adult directed activities

*using words to make requests and comments

*seeking help and stating needs

*taking roles in play schemes

*sequencing steps in a play scheme or story

*working together towards a common goal

*taking turns with others

*expressing feelings

*solving social conflicts

*and more....

Friendship Club is....

a unique combination of professional intervention and personal relationships resulting in social emotional success....and FRIENDS!
