support your fellow workers and your jobs. Please consider getting involved
in any way possible. There are countless skills needed and opportunities to
suit them. Leadership, committee work, member services and support, as well
as community involvement positions exist. Contact your Executive Officers to
offer your skills and talents.

Have you considered doing something bigger then local service.Our state
organization also has need for dedicated and sincere individuals to voluteer
to serve on one of the many state committees. Consider expanding on your
horizons and stepping outside your comfort zone to pursue helping out with
one of these committees and providing an invaluable service to your union.
Advisory, Affiliation Investigations,Certification, Conference/Credentials,
Finance, Government Relations, Members Benefits, Public Relations,
Resolutions/Constitution, and Scholarship Review all could use your talent,
motivation, and skills.
Look to voluteer at our annual conference or contact our State President
directly at our state office for further info.Committees generally meet 4-5
times a year at our state headquarters which is located in Salem, Oregon.
