The Food Pantries at Bruington and Poroporone always need restocking.
Our current needs are:
Protein items, juice, smaller boxes of powdered milk (although the
large boxes are appreciated, they are just too large to handle), all sizes
of diapers except newborn, Brunswick Stew, corned beef, tuna, shampoo, soap,
combs, toilet paper, peanut butter, jelly, canned meat, and canned
vegetables. Cereal and oatmeal are always needed. Shampoo, soap, and
toothpaste are also needed
Recipients of donations are allowed food two times a year. They
also receive a form to receive $30 worth of perishable food if they have
children, and they receive $25 if they don’t have children.
